Yes, like a lot of us, I had been chasing everyone else's ‘perfect' all my life.
Against a backdrop of always working in a high pressure environment and having several undiagnosed chronic illnesses – day by day I was losing all my confidence…until I decided enough is enough. And with help from coaches and mentors, I found a new, authentic voice.
